"Is this yet another fast-track transformation training plan with fake before-and-after photos, promising unrealistic results like so many others?"

Marian Halapi Training is NOT for everyone.

I'm NOT offering you some secret training method to achieve a body transformation in a few weeks, nor am I promising magical changes in your body simply by signing up for my program.

Such things don't exist.

I'm offering you an OPPORTUNITY: If you diligently follow my training programs, always give your best effort, push your limits, and dedicate time to your training, you will achieve your desired results in record time.

My goal isn't to sell as many generic training plans as possible to anonymous clients who will never achieve lasting results.

Instead, I prefer to work with a smaller group of dedicated individuals who align with my training philosophy and values. These clients receive highly personalized attention.

My aim is to create lasting change in your life by pushing your limits, and you'll see progress after each training session.

 

 

 

 

Are you ready?

Marian Halapi Training combines the most effective training methods from various disciplines such as weightlifting, powerlifting, calisthenics, bodybuilding principles, and mobility training.

It's an open-minded approach without bias, allowing you to incorporate only what's useful for your goals and ultimate performance.

By focusing not only on gaining lean muscle mass but also on strength development, properly designed training triggers a great anabolic reaction and activates your metabolism to burn fat.

From explosiveness and maximal strength to control of your own body in space, this type of training builds strong, agile, muscular, and athletic bodies.

Tools used in training programs include basic powerlifting exercises (deadlift, squat, bench press), calisthenics (basic exercises such as rows, push-ups, pull-ups, dips, as well as more advanced skills such as muscle up on gymnastic rings, all with detailed progressions), Olympic lifting, strongman-style training involving various carrying exercises, and cardio in the form of metabolic conditioning, HIIT, and more.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

These methods are not used all at the same time but rather carefully selected depending on clients' circumstances and abilities.

 

You are only as strong as your weakest link. That's why first foundation you will work on is elimination of weak links and focus on developing strong structural balance.

 

This allows smooth continual progressions while minimising risk of injury.

Other aspects of your training, such as development of maximal strength, explosiveness, endurance, recovery capacities, and endurance, are much easier to achieve when you have a solid base.
